Star Wars Themed Google Cardboard Now Available in the Suffield Middle School Media Center

Thanks to a very generous donation from Verizon Wireless, the Media Center now has over 30 Star Wars themed Google Cardboards!  Exactly what is Google Cardboard?  Google Cardboard is a virtual reality platform that allows users to insert their cellphone into a foldout cardboard device for a fully immersive virtual reality experience!  Mr. Spada has a lot of really great ideas for using these in the Media Center and with your teachers, but they are also available to students who want to explore and try them out.

To save some time, come to the Library Media Center with your cellphone.  You may also want to explore different apps that will give you different virtual reality experiences.  Business Insider has a great list of the top apps that you may want to check out.  Stop by during flex and try out the Cardboard!
