posted Jun 14, 2016, 6:24 PM by Daniel Spada   [ updated Jun 14, 2016, 6:28 PM ]

Did you know that while on summer vacation you run the risk of losing 2 or more months of reading achievement????  Don't let that happen to you!  Instead Suffield Middle School is offering you a chance to win a brand new Kindle or even $1,000!

All you have to do is read any appropriate book and reflect on it with a 1-page letter or a 5-minute video.  All entries will be eligible for the Kindle prize,  and those who write a letter will also have a chance to win $1,000 through a contest sponsored by the Library of Congress.  Students will be required to submit their letters and videos during the first week of the next school year.

You can find all of the information here (make sure you read everything carefully): SMS Summer Reading
